From the Rocky Mountains to the Olympic games, Athletes everywhere are taking to yoga as a means to an end: reaching their potential. It’s been documented and noted for years that yoga as a cross training practice helps athletes across the board. Well, what happens when that yoga practice is taken to new heights? Interestingly enough, a much faster and more effective result. Fortunately for the Westminster College Snowboard team, they have access to this potential magnifier practice for years to come. Who knows, maybe someday they’ll achieve the goals they’ve conceived.
