
Even with all the chaos around, the uncertainty, the daily grind of trying to find our place in the world, where do we find the balance needed to stay in the flow and on the path? Holding that particular pose, breathing into the moment and quieting the mind is what we as humans need regularly. What ever it is that fosters serenity, consciously allow the the mind to channel it’s vibrant energy. Reflect back to that particular memory of complete wholeness, the memory that imprints happiness, and the experience that manifests the beautiful balance we strive for.
