There is something amazingly satisfying when it comes to accomplishing a goal you’ve dreamt for years. The challenges and struggles on all levels that test every ounce of your being, before you can finally reach the destination of your heart’s desire act as learning lessons along the journey towards your highest potential. With clear intentions, integrity, humility, grace and love anything is possible.

During my trip to Thailand in 2011 with a group of Westminster College students, I set an intention to come and give back to the people of Thailand for the gifts and unforgettable memories they gave to me. This last week was a living example of those Thai lantern dreams coming true.

The past 12 days of my life were spent bringing prosperity and health to Thailand with the vessel of AntiGravity as the fuel for my flame. Nestled in the tropical jungle, looking as if it were from the Hobbit, at Tharnthong Lodges our the AG training center offers an escape from the chaotic city life, and a grounding energy of pure potentiality and expansiveness. Stars are abundant, microscopic life thrives, and beauty is everywhere!

There were a total of six trainees. Two of which were are the master developers and soon to be master instructor for Japan, a beautiful Bikram  yoga teacher and Russian princess, a friend of mine from CoolHotYoga in NJ, a great man inspired by flight from Malaysia, and a Spanish backpacking goddess from Spain. All of which came to ATI to expand their AntiGravity education.

We trained for 10+ hours everyday which consisted of daily classes, learning from manual videos, writing in workbooks, teaching practicums and learning every important nuance of the primary AntiGravity programs. Some students were there for 12 straight days! It became very challenging both mentally and physically however, we balanced the hard work with all sorts of amazing activities! Flying through the jungle on zip lines, soaking up the mineral hot springs, celebrating Loi Krathong lantern festival, hiking to fresh waterfalls, shopping at the Sunday night market, relishing in traditional oil and Thai massages, plus eating the most mouthgasmic Thai food on earth.

Day in and out, we were elevating our existence with meditations and connections with the natural surroundings and each other. The environment was built to foster learning in a group setting, with people from all different backgrounds, from all over the world, and ultimately acted as a hub for creating new life long relationships with like-minded people.

I am so proud of my first batch of AntiGravity certified instructors! Seeing them progress day by day as they gain the confidence to grow wings and fly is one of the greatest accomplishments as a teacher and fuels the flame of continued growth. I couldn’t be more grateful for the foundation that has been laid before me, for the village of people that helped shape me into the person I am today, and for the courage to be bold and take risks. Life is what you make it, and your thoughts create your reality. Build your matrix and shoot for the stars!

  1. I have been browsing online more than 2 hours today, yet I never found any interesting
article like yours. It is pretty worth enough for me.

In my opinion, if all webmasters and bloggers made good content as you did, the internet
will be much more useful than ever before.
