After the first month of AntiGravity® Fitness teacher trainings here in Hong Kong at Epic Yoga, I am pleased to see the growth of my students, honoured to be the vessel for them to fly higher, while living up to the name AntiGravity®, in both senses of the word.
During these trainings we learn about Christopher Harrison’s AntiGravity® Philosophy, as well as the movement methodology behind the most revolutionary yoga and fitness technique in recent history. I get to teach people how to open up space in their bodies, so that they can eventually live life more freely with less judgement, less regret and more openness.
Throughout these trainings we push the limits and break down the mental boundaries that hold us back from achieving greatness. We spend many hours teaching the AntiGravity® Fitness movement sequences, we learn how to apply the ten AntiGravity® Fitness principles to our teaching and everyday life, and we learn the in depth about the AntiGravity® Philosophy. I also make sure that we do not get caught up in graveness, so FUN has an equal emphasis. Over the intensive course breakthroughs, epiphanies, and a sense of empowerment are all prevalent.
During the month of October, I certified 14 new AntiGravity® Fundamentals and AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga instructors all of which did a fantastic job at pursuing excellence throughout the intensive courses. They all need to complete 50 hours of apprenticeship however, I am confident that they will all become great teachers in time and join us as we turn the world upside down from the Harrison Hammock.
We end every teacher training on an uplifting, inspiring and FUN high as we find interconnectedness in the air, and join the international family of AntiGravity® Fitness instructors around the globe.
